  I call Josh out of the blue, he said he could show in about 2 hours, he came an hour early, extremely professional, courteous and nice, the price was right, and he completed same day, and i threw the kitchen sink at him, wonderful job Josh, thanks. Do not hesitate to call, you won't be disappointed.
