  I would like to make a formal statement that I strongly advise you to avoid doing business with Green Estates Lawn Sprinklers Company. A simple request turned into a horrible experience and I am hoping to get the word out. I asked Green Estates to come out to shut down our sprinklers off, which was already paid for, and while they were there could they mark where the underground pipes are so my landscapers would avoid those areas when installing new greenery. Fast forward to the day that they came out, Green Estates admitted that they could not in fact mark any underground piping, but instead placed 6 flags at the above ground sprinkler system which was obviously visible to the naked eye. For two men, that were already there to shut down the system, to flag the visible sprinklers cost me $43. While $43 is a menial amount in the scheme of life, the company did not do as I asked and refused to refund the money for a job I did not request. I am more than happy to pay someone when they complete a service that I requested. In this case, not only Did I NOT request what they did, but what they charged me was asinine. Please stay clear of Green Estates Lawn Sprinklers.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. When they opened my sprinkler system I asked them to check the rain sensor. Later it was raining and the light did not come on. I asked them to come out and fix it at no cost, but they disagreed. I have also had other problems with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. There are other companies that have high ratings. I AM VERY GLAD THEY TOLD ME THEY DON’T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME ANYMORE.
