  We hired Lon to level our ground to get it prepped to be hydro-seeded. He came out tells you what he is going to do. Everything sounded great. He gets there three weeks later. Not what we excepted, but we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. Our first mistake. He starts leveling then has to stop. Does not return for months. We call and call. Finally he comes back. By this time he comes so late in the day it is starting to get dark. He is now leveling in the dark and I am not sure how he is even seeing what he is doing. He comes back another two weeks later. My husband at this point just wants to get rid of him and be done. Tells him to finish up and fill in the high low areas. Lon still does not do anything we asked. He is shady as heck. We had to hire another company to get things done. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He will take your money and not do a good job. He should really consider looking into another career.

  Charged me double what they charged my friend for blowing out my sprinklers and my yard is much smaller! would not recommend at all
