Stopped to get seal for my Land Pride tiller. They ordered the part and it will be here next week.

Friendly service but their computer was down for credit cards, had to wait, no worry's

We have been calling since last October to have our mower picked up for service. We keep getting put off for one reason or another. It's always "We'll pick it up next week" or "You're on our list to be picked up". If you want service on anything you purchase here, you're better off taking it anywhere else.

I've bought Kubota all my life and this dealer has been the best to deal with.  He's fair and knowledgeable and gave me as good a deal as any other dealer. I highly recommend this place.

On hold for 10 minutes, twice the lady picks up and asks "Are you still holding for service?". Last time she says "I'm sorry service must not be available can you call back later?" How is that acceptable?! Edit: Gray Brothers worked with me and fixed the issue, I understand being busy and they are working to improve the process...

Kubota is an excellent piece of equipment, however, I would ‘not’ recommend this place. *Horrible experience

I take my equipment elsewhere now. And where I now go— they are friendly and professional.
I can see other reviews having the same problem.
And then I see the ones with 5 stars that in my opinion are bogus. Geeeze, everyone has a bad day, but it appears this problem with this store isn’t going away.

Part had reasonable knowledge of parts! They didn't have anything in stock! And wouldn't sell me a parts book g it side by sides!! Still haven't called about a screen I ordered two months ago! Paid in advance also

Jeffrey, even though we try to keep a large variety of parts in stock, we are just not able to stock all items for every model. As far as parts books, all books are available online for free. We will check into the screen you have mentioned and get back with you on a status. Again, we strive our best to provide the best service for all customers.

I am at a loss at what to do. I was told last Thursday my tractor may be ready by Friday afternoon. I have called 5 or six times, left a voice mail which has not been replied to. Why is there no one to communicate with?

My tractor has been here for four weeks. I have had zero communication about it.  I have called 8 to 10 times and can never talk to anyone. One of the worst ran service departments of any kind I have ever experienced.

I don't know who you talked to but it wasn't me. This the only communication I have had about my tractor. I understand having a backlog. I don't understand that this was the first time I heard that. As I stated above, I have called ya'll 8 to 10 times and haven't been able to talk to anyone.

I've called at least 5 more times and left a voice mail and email. Can't reach anyone about my tractor.

Rex, your tractor was dropped off with a 2 week backlog. We have spoken to you on 2 occasions telling you the fuel injectors and injection pump have been pulled and taken to a specialist to be examined and fixed. I have not received a phone call concerning this tractor at this point. If you have any further concerns, please contact our parts and service director.

Good place to deal with. Friendly employees.  Guy in yard helped me find a wheel & tire for my B 1700 almost impossible to get. Thanks to him so much ! Thanks to lady in office for great deal. Bought my Kubota here 20 yrs ago. Still running like new.  Thanks !

This is the worst Kubota dealer I have ever seen, not even worth for a star. To be honest, don’t go to this store ever, if you have to, let go to Poteau will be much better service.
I have come here many times and service agents were unfriendly, sometimes rude and often ignore us, completely unprofessional, especially an agent name Britney.
I had my tractor there about 3 months ago for the regen system replaced, and they told it was about $1,800 for the service. I called many times to check the progress but some had to wait and went off, once left phone number but did not have call back, most of time agents told me they were waiting for parts. Finally I had tractor back in 7 weeks with $3,200 bill. I had it work fine for about 3 weeks, and this regen light flashed and I kept it run (2500 rpm) to burn dust for one and haft hours but the light came solid red light.
I brought it back and got in office that three and four agents were sitting around the counter for talking, nobody said nothing until I talked about the issue, Britney’s back faced me not even turn to talk to me and she told it was probably one or two weeks.
I called service of Kubota dealer in Poteau in next morning and they told me bring up there they could help me do it right away. I came back to pick it up the tractor in the next day to bring to Poteau and it was already ready but they charged me $350 plus tax for reset the tractor, on the bill just said regen issue.

There is no warranty for their work at all.

David or Michael, you have brought this tractor to us on several occasions and have been moved in front of customers that have been waiting. We have gone over the regeneration system and processes several times. It’s not on us when you fail to complete the cycle prior to shutting off the tractor.
