Terrible is an understatement. Beware if you want to contact with this company. The first time they mowed the lawn, did so with a riding lawn mower, left tracks throughout the lawn and did not weedeat or mow where the riding lawn mower could not reach. I called customer service, sent pics and they told me it would be addressed. Next time same result, more pictures and again will be addressed and then yet again and tore up the yard. A whole bunch of yabba dabba and ZERO “DO” Very disappointing as the the office has genuine concern but the team Doing the actual work does not give a #%^ about being prideful in their work.

We did have some trouble doing a good job for Mr. L. Of the 5 visits we made at his new home he was unhappy with 3 I believe. It looks like we went back another time for no charge as well as another time we did not charge him for the service. We had some turnover on that crew about that time and there was unfortunately some work done that wasn't up to our standards. I'm sorry we weren't able to get the problems corrected in a timely manner and I thank you for your feedback.

I understand it's been raining and there's gaps in service because of it. What I don't understand is how my neighbor gets services weekly and it's been over a month for me. I'm on ever other week service. When they schedule a "skip" for me, the following week should be service, not the next month. I contacted them and the OWNER responded to my request for service but they still no showed me on a sunny day after 48 hours of no rain. They pulled this game in the past as well. Constant emails asking for forgiveness for late mows and no shows. They can't keep crews running and they sub out their work, subs tear up your lawn. To top it all off, they charged me for a mow they didn't preform. If you want reliable and quality service, look elsewhere. If you choose to use them, you'll get an email every month with an excuse on why they can't mow.

I'm sorry that we were not able to service your lawn in a more timely matter. And yes, this is sometimes a problem when we have so much rain. We do apologize when there are delays and try to communicate to everyone what is going on. We only bill after a service and never before. We do not and never have, subbed out lawn work. Everyone that works for us is an employee and we are responsible for their work and any damage they might cause. I'm sorry we couldn't be of service any longer.

My husband and I were customers for almost 3 years. I was never impressed with the job they did, but my husband works a very demanding job and I care of our two very small children. So we didn’t have much of an option to do it ourselves. I will give credit to them that when we complained about a really poor job someone would come fix it. But there were times it just wasn’t worth our time to call until someone answered to fix the problem. And we shouldn’t have to. I think in this situation, you get what you pay for. I will also agree with other reviewers that whoever answers the phone and talks to customers is very rude. Also, my husband called twice and sent an email last Friday to let them know we were canceling their services. No answer and no reply to the email. My husband called Monday morning to make sure they got the email and the lady was very rude and said we were already on the schedule for that day and she wasn’t sure if she could stop it. My husband replied he was not paying for it if they came because it didn’t need to be mowed (we did it ourselves) and he had canceled their services on Friday. She reluctantly said she’d see what she could do, and was able to catch the mowers before they came. As a person who worked customer service for over ten years and did a damn good job, I find it shocking that someone would behave so rudely to a customer, especially one canceling services. Instead of replying to all of these reviews making excuses and defending yourself, focus on making some actually change to your business. I won’t be recommending you to anyone.
