  I had them install sod in march. Was completely brown and was put down poorly. Got it to green with lots of water but it is like a wash board where it wasn't put together when layed . Have called Randall numerous times with no return calls. Tried calling John the owner still no response. Paid over 2,000 dollars for awful job.

  Their price is good. The response time in answering texts and phone calls is as well.. However, their delivery and communication regarding delivery is awful. I had a “morning” delivery scheduled and confirmed....no delivery. Called and was told “he should be there in about an hour”. Hour passes..still no delivery.. It is now afternoon and I still have NO sod!

  Thanks Matt for the feedback. We dropped in your driveway around 12:15 and the truck returned to shop by 1pm. Hard to communicate sometimes with the semi drivers while they're driving, loading and unloading, so it's not an exact science, but appreciate your patience and hope you like the sod! It's hot out so be sure to water it!

  Worst experience ever in Marion County. Did that they delivered was very poor quality and infact bottom of the crate were pieces or dirt only does as per my lawn guy. Their sales rep was also pretty much rude. Would not recommend to anyone me.

  Thank you for the feedback and sorry you had a poor experience with your sod delivery. We have had a very dry spring with 3-month drought in Ocala and it's possible your pallet was cut during that period. Just keep watering during the dry periods and it should do nicely. The pieces issue seems to be resolved with some rainfall in May and June. Thanks again.
