  We used Graczyk to fertilize, and control weeds for the last three years. Last year, we added aeration to our services. I'm less than impressed. I believe there's more weeds in our yard now then before we started and our yard is far from healthy looking. I believe much of this is due to lack of attention to detail. They seem to do everything in road gear when servicing and if something has to be worked around they just skip it. Their communication is fantastic however. The automated text messages are handy.

  I apologize you were having troubles. I double checked your account and it doesn't appear that any of those concerns were brought to our attention in-between applications. I apologize we did not communicate that option to you more clearly. Since we are only on site 5 times annually, we try and remind people to call us if there seems to be breakthrough, problems, etc. in the yard. That way we can come out and diagnose why that is happening (i.e missed with spray, thin/bare spots that need over seeding, excessive shade areas, lack of water, etc. are a few examples) Weeds were also incredibly troublesome last year with the dry season. We have changed our herbicide for 2022 to ensure that does not happen again. We do not want the grass to become used to what we apply. We make lots of adjustments annually to the program to ensure we are adapting with the climate. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help you in the future, even if it is just advice, we are happy to help!

  A year ago Graczyk's installed concrete edging around our yard and it still looks as good as the day it was put in! It makes lawn maintenance so much easier and we don't have to deal with the rubber edging rising up and out of the ground. We have gotten dozens of comments from our neighbors and people passing by, on how nice it looks. We have recommend Graczyk's to everyone who asks! It gives the lawn a real professional look - something to be proud of! Mick

  So, we signed up in the spring for the lawn pest/weed control service. We have not been disappointed. They let me know when they are coming and our lawn is really looking good. I am enjoying the service as we never seem to have time to get it done ourselves at the correct time, so they handle it all. And, they are very good about responding and answering my questions.
