  Although they cut the grass well for a neighboring HOA and they are consistent, the business is unprofessional. The HOA who pays this company, refuses to maintain and keep the main gate operational to their so called “common area,” that this lawn care company so called maintains (that use to be part of OUR property/past owners property, but this HOA took from the prior land owner). Instead of telling the HOA that they won’t continue to do the lawns until the gate they have to use is properly fixed and maintained, they continue to come every week and break the gate open to get their trucks in. A gate that is currently in a civil law situation in regards to maintaining access and ownership. I don’t know ANY other gardner that would break a massive iron gate weekly to get in to a property. This week, they have come twice and broken it open to get access. Very unprofessional! Instead of trying to help a situation, they continue to exasperate it. I am sure the owner (who I see has given himself a 5 star review) will say, “I am sorry that you are having trouble with an HOA but that isn’t our issue.” But the things is... it IS when you continue to unprofessionally break a gate weekly to access a property and even trespass on mine to do your work.
