  I reached out to JD at Good Life in early August to setup a snow removal contract for my home and made arrangements for the 2020/2021 season. Today, less than a week before the service was scheduled to begin, I was notified that Good Life was no longer going to be able to service my address. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional, late notice that JD provided and was told that it was not his fault, but instead the fault of his customers for all notifying him late about their snow removal needs. I recommend you plan to find another service because regardless of how early you make plans with Good Life, they will leave you stranded.
