  Had our septic alarm go off last night and didn't know what to do. I called a different company first who didn't ask questions and just told me they were a few days out and a tech would call. The tech called and told me they were a few weeks out but could move some things around and charge me extra to get out today. I then called Goebel's who immediately asked questions to inquire what may be wrong and had someone out by noon, the same day. They replaced the pump and got me on my way in under an hour. Great service, no run arounds and exceptional staff!

  Once again Goebel comes through. Nothing worse than the septic backing up in your bathtub. Goebel came out same day as my panicked phone call. Marcello is a life saver! Thank you for 25 years of top notch service!

  ***SCAM***SCAM*** the inspectors tell my clients (homeowners) that they need the tank pumped and stiff them for a pump fee if they need it or not, talked to the manager and he told me that it’s required for financing which is an outright lie. The guy on the inspection told the homeowner that pumping was required by Lewis County and for financing, another lie. They have a well rehearsed scam going in Lewis County. The manager told me to use someone else so that’s what I’ll do.
