  **Update to previous review!** After my mother and Giovanni Lawn Care talked about the complete misunderstanding and they were professional about a resolution I revised my review to five stars for their responsiveness to a customer complaint and their professionalism in resolving the issue at hand. I will absolutely recommend and continue to pay for services through Giovanni's Lawn Care! **Update to Giovanni response** You are right my name was not on your service order. My mothers was for the house I live at. Your welcome for the review and to come by and refund her the money you did recieve as payment. *Original Review* Hired them to remove leaves from yard and in tree line to connecting road, all they did was leaf blow the treeline leaves back into the trees and blow leaves over my rock wall into a water pass through. When they were called about the problem with service they said they misunderstood the terms of service and said they would return for full payment for what they did. They never returned for payment or to fix service issues. I will not recommend.

  Sorry but you have the wrong company, I have never met with you to talk about any services you need done at your property, we have a policy if you don’t like the work you don’t pay. We stand behind our work 100%....... Update: We did do work at your mothers house and I called her three times today on the last attempt she hung up the phone on me. To be clear you did not pay for the services in full and we did do work on the property, I thought this could have been a easy fix, I’m sorry you didn’t want to resolve the issue. Also I did talk to you about what we were going to do before hand and you were okay with it (Roberta) I thought the right thing to do would be to let me finalize the work.

  Giovanni does an outstanding job. He was able to schedule us in during his busy schedule. He did a fantastic job at our yard. He provided us with recommendations we hadn't thought of and was very thorough at his inspections of what needed to be done for the yard to look as impeccable as it can be. Thank you Giovanni and your team for such great work.

  We had originally had a not so pleasant experience due to misunderstanding BUT Giovanni reached out apologized, and made it right. We will be more than happy to use his services in the future. Thank you for going above and beyond for my mom
