Excellent customer service and high quality equipment. After moving to the area recently I visited the store and needed a solid piece of equipment to take care of a larger piece of property. Dillon was excellent and walked me through everything I needed to know. I purchased a new Spartan mower and they delivered. I highly recommend using them for any of your outdoor power equipment needs. No high pressure sales and quality service after the sale. I am very satisfied and will be a return customer.

Excellent customer service. Our store needed some parts that weren't available in the U.S. from any of our distributors and Dillon checked inventory, gave me a an amazing price, and invoiced me within a matter of minutes. I look forward to doing business with these guys in the future.

Bought all my Stihl Equipment at Giles.  Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly.  They have the best Mechanics around.  Highly Recommend doing business with Giles.  They also provide a lot of support to the local community.

On my 3rd year with my spartan that I've purchased from Giles. Up until this year, they have been great to deal with. I live well over an hour and 15 minutes from the shop, so it's already a hassle to get down there. Go in a few weeks ago to get some oil for my mower, the guy at the counter asked what engine I had. Told him I wasn't sure but knew it was a kawasaki 730 model. The guy acted like he wasnt sure so he said he would look it up from when I purchased the mower. Cool. Sold me on a full tune up kit. Get home, entirely wrong kit. Make a trip out of my way to go BACK to get the right stuff (have 4 hours worth of driving so far now.) Different guy is at the counter this time. Explained that the air filter was wrong, and wanted the right kit. The guy assured me everything else in the kit was right, handed me a different air filter, and walked away. AGAIN, the wrong filter, wrong oil filter, would imagine probably the wrong spark plugs, and oil. Now will have to go ANOTHER 2.5 hours to get this fixed. I'm very big on supporting local/small business and this is why I have always gone to the store vs buying online, but when the lack of knowledge from the employees has cost me almost a tank of gas and the price of the wrong tune up kit, it's hard not to want to buy online. Again, up until this point, this store has been great to deal with. Will be back this week one last time and hopefully this will be made right.

I am a returning customer to Giles outdoor power. They have a great selection of items, and good prices. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend them for any outdoor power needs.
