  This is the power of social media, you just lost a customer (me) because of the what one of your customers posted. I would suggest treating every single customer with respect and provide excellent customer service no matter the situation.

  You don't even know me!! That's the problem with social media everything is true you should remember there is always 2 sides to every story and you automatically judge me based on what someone wrote hopefully mr Condon people won't judge you for something that they don't know the whole story
