If you like quick and friendly service or parts…you will enjoy dealing with the employees at Gautreaux Outdoor Power Tools - they looked up my parts, retrieved them and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes.

Went in, said I wanted a mower to take with me right then, they said no problem.  I bought a turf tiger 2 and was not there more than 45 min.  Great service and people.  Will be returning for anything else I can possibly buy from them.    Great place!!!

Great place to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. Josh took the time to answer all my questions and really help with my new mower purchase.

Really professional operation. Store is clean and organized, good communication, up-front pricing, and the service manager immediately drove my new Scag ZT mower home in a truck right behind me and gave me a rundown of the machine in my driveway (and late on a Friday afternoon). Jason helped me out in the store. Their equipment is pricier than the standard big-box stuff, but that's because its just better equipment. I would recommend Gautreaux's!

Shane and his crew are great!  These guys are honest and professional. Glad that they're now serving the Baton Rouge area and I highly recommend them!

The WORST customer service I have received in a LONG TIME! There are too many other local companies that appreciate business and provide great customer service to be treated like I was. Overpriced and terribly rude customer service! Why would a person go back? I won't! 1 star so I could post review.
