  I had an icy driveway and needed oil. I called them and they were very pleasant to deal with. I think someone was here within an hour. I would recommend them over many others! Thanks!

  Not a good company to work for at all. Very unprofessional. The boss man will throw you under the buss on the toss of a dime. Some of the guys get high before they come work on your property, tear it up and don't say a dam word. I was laid off because who knows why as the boss man don't like to handle that type of business on the phone. Supposedly I am a drunk... Been sober for two years. Not the company id hire for ANY work done. The man won't give you a straight answer for nothing.

  After forgetting about me more than once last winter for snow plowing, and sending me a huge bill at the end of the season instead of reasonable weekly or monthly bills, they sent me a one-paragraph letter (with multiple grammar and spelling errors) in mid-December this year, on the eve of the first snow weekend, to tell me that their equipment is too large to fit in my driveway and they would not service my account any longer. I had hoped that they would get better as we settled into a groove for the plowing, but I was wrong and should have cancelled them after last year. They are unprofessional, poor planners, lack customer service skills, and I would not recommend them at all. There are other people to work with that don't make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor to do mediocre work and charge you top dollar.
