Great knowledge by all of the staff.  They are also very nice! Highly recommend.  This is not your typical home improvement or nursery.  This store will help your grass, gardens, and trees!  I got help on all three, they really helped me improve my lawn and fruit trees.

What a find! Gardener's Supply has a wealth of knowledge about soil and plant health. You'll find amendments, tools and advise, but the coolest part is their soil lab, where you can have your soil tested for free and learn what your soil is lacking and how to fix it so your plants are happy and healthy! Highly recommend!

First time in & can’t wait to see how my lawn evolves.  Knowledgeable is an understatement.  I got out of the store  for under a hundred dollars in weed killers & fertilizer.  Spending that a month on a gardener with nothing to show but a crazy amount of weeds in my lawn made me take the plunge & learn more about my lawn & what I can do as a homeowner.  One of the best things I’ve done so far is visit this local business & realize my gardener was not helping my lawn at all. Super firiendly staff that seems like going back in time. That’s a bonus.

Awesome!  We do think we are a bit "old school" in offering the kind of service we would want to get.  But not only that, we do want to help you understand your yard and the products for application, not just buy something and remain confused.

Staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices go down on some items for bulk purchase. They will do free soil tests up to 5 samples. Highly recommended.

If you want great customer service in the gardening area come here. They answered all our questions about trying to keep our lawn green and etc. I would most definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for the recommendation.  We are certainly adept at helping keep lawns green, and we do also specialize in gardening.  Even with issues regarding trees and shrubs, we are ready to help.

Great customer service, very knowledgable, very caring, they'll even ask you how your day was. They have pictures posted of typical seed coverage, common weeds and ways to treat those weeds. Prices are comparable to most big box stores, but there is considerably more knowledge here. Oh, and they give free soil samples! They request that you bring in a 7in deep plug. They'll even give you a FREE PVC pipe to use to pull plugs out your lawn if you ask them for one. When I plant grass in the fall I'll provide an in depth update about products.

I would like to share my experience in this store.  I bought grass seed in this store, they told me that it was a very good seed quality so everything was good. I followed their advice as they said and after 2 weeks I realized that this seed was not born, despite enough water and  cared for it was an old seed, I paid 120 dollars for it, I went back to talk to them for a solution and they only told me my land needed nutrients and they convinced me to buy a treatment which unfortunately was another failure. I showed them photos as they asked me but I only lost my time several times that I went to this store, I find it unfair they were kind to the idea of ​​buying the supposed miracle treatment but in reality I only lost my time and almost 200 dollars and the time of planting and my  dreadful yard because of paying attention to everything they told me, they clung to the idea that we will not refund a single penny, and  rough and don't happen to other clients.
