  The company I work for was subcontracted (hired) by John Mora, owner of GTM or Garden and Turf Management to inspect and prune trees for one of his commercial clients - Bank of the West in Santa Cruz, CA. We came out of pocket $657 on permits, waste fees and a traffic control plan plus roughly $2750 in labor and fuel for a job that we completed on 12/28/20. GTM was invoiced the agreed upon amount $3,607 and although we have made numerous attempts to collect and he has dodged emails and calls and has not paid us. He owes us $3,607. I will never work for him again. I do not recommend working with someone who does not have the integrity to pay companies that he subcontracts to do his work.
