  The staff at Home Depot is wonderful and will answer any questions you may have. However if you are there to purchase mulch you have to pay inside then drive to the side and load it yourself. There is no line, everyone pulls in and helps themselves which is not ideal when vehicles cut in front of you while you're waiting.

  John helped me when I was in the garden center area looking for a utility cart. He went out of his way to help me look at several options and we walked all the way across the store to another section where we found a cart that was on clearance for just $10. This cart was in a place where it took a ladder to reach and it had to be scanned to price. At this point we had looked in more than three places and I just wanted to thank him for his time and move on in my search. I actually said don't bother because it seemed like too much trouble. He said this should be worth it and he surprised me with the bargain. It was perfect for our company. I must say it was one of the best experiences I have had with your organization in the past 10 years. When I come to Home Depot I get great service but this time it was exceptional. I talked with the store manager and made sure he knew this. Thanks for being client-oriented with phenomenal focus on customer service. -David M..

  They need to water the plants more often. Besides that, everything is great! Staff very helpful.
