  Well this was first time I went to home depot to get milorganite fertilizer cus southern state was out I told lady up front an she said she would send this guy over there well I waited for 15 min an dude still was not there so I loaded 12 bags my self heavy as hell so I go to pay I tell girl he never helped so she said let me get him to come help you load it up I said no I will just unload cus he didn't have time b4 I've never saw a store where they could not help at all any who will never go back !!!

  I just came shopping for plants... and I was looking through some and a gentleman working them came up behind me and said, "don't worry about him, he's on his way out" referring to a tiny mouse behind me. I love animals, I always have. I don't even eat meat.... so I was very repulsed by a 'professional' worker telling me how he had poisoned a rat and would kill it sooner if he could and how he would clean it up later. I left quietly but a little upset. I think that was completely innapprpperiate customer service.
