  Marginal garden section. Main complaint is men's toilet. All four soap dispensers not working. Lack of attention. That means no employees wash their hands

  I wish there were helper in each Dept. The garden Dept is full of dead burned plants. There's no helpers in that Dept either. Where's the Service?
