  Let’s face it: Green Valley Ranch is not the best part of town. It’s pretty much beyond the edge of civilized humanity. And this Home Depot embodies the gritty, stark nature of its environment. I made the mistake of buying a lawnmower through the HD app and picking it up the in this store. It was supposed to be ready in an hour. A big reason I hate this store is it’s all lazy, nasty kids and obvious burn-outs working there, but it’s only 15min from my house. When I got there, no one in Customer Service knew where my mower us. I doubt they knew much of anything at all. The punk “working” in the garden section told me the mowers were probably in the back and to come back in 2-3 days when he would have them on the shelf. Two or three days. I already bought my mower, and at that point it was supposed to be ready over two hours ago. The store manager, “Kel”, was the biggest joke of all. I had already called and talked to another store manager, “Shelby” (why is everyone who works at HD obviously Trump voters), was who told me the mower was there, which was obviously true because they were in stock online. This Kel guy tries to tell me that not only were the mowers not at this store, but they were not in stock at any HD. It took me too long to realized the guy was a braying, wheedling jackass but eventually I wised-up enough to leave that terrible, horrible place and call another HD. Guess what: the Mississippi Ave store had TWO in stock. Thanks for nothing, Kel! Next time I drive by the LaborReady office, you’ll probably be standing outside in the snow!

  This store has the WORST (in our opinion) employees. From the rude, presumed Latina, at the Customer Service desk, to the guy in Lumber, to the Mgr. Greg. I'm truly shocked because, we've always had a good experience in Home Depot, maybe it's just the area, who knows, we are regulars to the one in Loveland/Broomfield area. This was our 2nd experience at this location and most employees are just rude (minis in garden and paint). Anyway, I sure hope they get their act together, but until then, we will NOT be returning anytime soon. We also agree with the 2 other reviews below Miranda and Sterling #SadTruth

  I was really sad that I bought a bag of potting soil and it rang up $4 more than the sign above it said. Sure, it's only $4, but I carried that bag of soil all the way to the register (I didn't realize how heavy it was), and then out to my car. I didn't have the will to carry it back in again to ask you to change the price :(
