The service started out good and I was fairly impressed with the install. Even though I waited over a month for them to do the install. But at the end there were several large dirt/mud spots on the perimeter of the yard where they had to dig up the same spots several times due to mistakes. I called the office to ask if they would fix those areas and was told I would receive a call right back. Of course, no call. When the manager came back the next day to pick up a truck that had been left on my street I asked him if they would put some seed and straw down to cover up the mud and he said no they didn't do that. I asked him to come look at the spots in the yard and he reluctantly agreed. Standing there looking at it his comment was "well there wasn't much there to begin with". It was obvious he didn't care. In the end he said they would come back and put some seed and straw down but it was obvious he didn't want to. I ended up doing it myself anyway so that it got done right. It cost me $15 and 30 minutes of my time. It is a shame that after I paid for a $3000 irrigation system install they couldn't be bothered to spend an extra $15 to do a complete job and leave a satisfied customer.

G&W Sprinkler Systems is a company that has an excellent reputation built on 25+ years of doing things right! The team installed an irrigation system and a French Drain, and I could not be more pleased! The Hydrawise App is perfect for setting up the zones, watering times, and overall quick access. Von's team is professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Levi goes above and beyond and he knows his job and genuinely cares about the customers that G&W serves. I highly recommend G&W if you need any irrigation work!

I called the company to come out and check the system and repair/replace and ensure correct coverage on my sprinkler system. Company came out and replaced 1 sprinkler and told me I would need to replace 3 other sprinklers in my yard because it was cheaper if I did it. Why did I call them? After operating my system for the 1st time this year - I found that I needed to replace 7 sprinklers in total, and 1 sprinkler is still spraying water down my driver instead of on my lawn. I tried to contact the company to get them to come back out, but they never responded. Nice people, but why did I call them again? Lesson learned: Learn a little about EVERY system in your house, and then stand over the techs you call to ensure they fix what you are paying them for.
