Did not do my job as promised . Paid for 3 inch gravel area is barely one inch down. Blaming the  grading but  gravel is not running anywhere ! We paid a lot  almost  3 k for sloppy job

I just wanted to let you know that your guys finished the seeding today and the entire project came out BEAUTIFULLY!  Please be sure to thank them for us and tell them they did a great job.  We loved the thoughtful touch of an accent rock that was larger than the rest of the ones in the rock bed.

For me one of the best things about G&H is you came right out and gave us a quote and were back in a few weeks to do the project.  I didn’t have to you chase you down all season.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the G & H Landscaping staff. They did a great job with my landscaping as well as my lawn sprinkler system. The staff were truly professional and nice to deal with. I am very much impressed with their job. I am not worried at all about my grass specially whenever I go out of town. Thanks and keep up the good work!

If I could have posted no stars I would have. I had to post this review because of my utter disappointment. I paid $650 for landscaping 07/01/2017. I didn't get a call to schedule anything for over month. When I called in 08/2017 I was told that It would be done by the end of the week. I waited another 2 weeks. I called back and was told it was going to be at the end of the month. I waited and called again 09/2017 and was told it would be done in another week. By the end of September I had had enough and told them I wanted an exact date or my money back, My hedges were overgrown and my neighbor was going to report us to the city. I was then told again it would be the end of the next week. That weekend I paid another landscaper to do the job . I called G&H landscaping the Tuesday on the week I was suppose to have "the work done" and asked for a refund. It took several days to get a call back from the staff. The office staff was extremely rude to me . Very poor customer service. They then offered to refund me minus a $50 restocking fee. ( A FEE EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK THEM 3 months to say they were actually coming to trim my hedges?! Then used the excuse I was going to cancel to charge me a fee) After back and forth the office manager finally told me she would send the check out. It took me 3 weeks to get the check! 3 weeks. I asked the manager to send me a copy of the invoice 4 or 5 times to see where it stated a fee would be charged. She never sent it. Extremely poor business practice and customer service. They do not care about their customers.

I don’t usually post a review from the past. But I was just satisfied and happy with the service of Gary and the team from G & H that is why I’m here to congratulate them for a job well done. My backyard is FANTASTIC!!! I also love the Landscape lighting. Whenever I want to relax myself from a very long and tiring day I will directly go to my backyard and it seems that it gives me much relaxation while staring at the landscape. Very beautiful in my eyes as well as with other people who sees my landscape. A big thank you to G&H and kudos for a job well done. I will post some pictures on my Facebook account to show it to others and recommend you as well. Highly recommended!!!

Called to get an estimate for my back yard. After waiting a week I called again and was told my estimate would be in my email by Monday or Tuesday ( 24 or 25 July) called again to be told the system said the email address was no good.  The receptionist did verify my email.  This tells me they never booked the appointment or followed up to ensure it was done.  The total lack of customer means I'll be taking my business elsewhere

From making the appointment, to getting the estimate, to a job exceptionally well done, this company is fantastic!  Beyond happy with the work.

G&H did a fantastic job at my home, the crew went above and beyond to make sure i was happy.

A great company.  Very easy to work with.  They gave us a beautiful yard.
