  We selected G&G due to breadth of service and what appeared to be quality work and good customer service. We did not make a decision based on cost. In the past 2 years of service, we have seen palm tree trimming only done when demanded. G&G destroyed one of our beloved multicolor plumerias and has not made their error right. G&G outsourced lawn fertilization to a contractor, who was prompt and courteous, but in 2 years they were never able to eradicate the nematoid problem or revitalize the lawn at all.

  Hi Austin, thank you for the review! We appreciate when we receive a written review, positive or negative, it helps us improve our services and processes as we grow and acquire more customers. Our target is always to provide a great experience and we feel very sad when it doesn't happen. Palm tree taller than 10feet is not included in the regular service, they are done a la carte and charged separately. Unfortunately, when we were trimming one of your tall palm trees, one of the fronds fell and damaged a plumeria. Accidents happen, we learned with that experience and we used it to train our team. Regarding the fertilization for your area, we subcontracted the service for Stayton Pest Control. We have a few customers being serviced by them and the feedback is great! We choose our subcontractors very carefully. When we started servicing your lawn it was not in great shape. Sometimes resod some areas is recommended as it was recommended to you. Again, my apologies for any misunderstanding and the accident with the plumeria. We wish you all the best! Thank you, G&G

  The challenge I've had with other lawn care and landscape services has been getting them to show up and then do a good job. G & G takes great of our place, I don't have to worry about it. We asked them to do some additional work recently and they were on it right away. Very happy.

  Angela in the office is very responsive and friendly, and the team (Angel, Chris and Francisco) who came to take care of our lawn were so efficient! They did a great job. When I told Angela my 3 year old was super interested in the mowers and that the team took time to show him how they worked, and the inside of the truck, Angela even offered to change the schedule around so the next visit would line up with his birthday. So kind of them. Highly recommend!
