  Very pleased with explanation of service and chemicals used. Appreciate that Greg was vaccinated since he needed to come into the house. He was thorough and professional.

  Called for skunk removal, got a price. "We have a cancellation tomorrow." Set a date and time. Waited three hours, no one showed. No one called. I called the next day to reschedule. "Uh, we don't do that any more."
