  I bought a tractor from them recently (LS 240 HST) and their service so far has been outstanding. Month after having the tractor I had a small issue that was likely our fault for not dealing with it immediately. They came , picked up the tractor same day, took it in, performed a full service on it and brought it back the next day at no cost. This is why we should buy local and support our area businesses. I will be spending my money there from now on when ever I need anything they have.

  Fairly quick on servicing your machinery and fairly knowledgeable staff. One of the better ones in town to go to. Whether it's lawn mowers chainsaws or wood splitters or even motorbikes

  Brought in an oil pump for an older sthil chainsaw. The attendant searched for about two minutes before giving up and telling me that part would have to be ordered and is most likely obsolete. Told him I would find it online. Called R&S and the service attendant ordered the parts on the phone for me. I like to buy local but I will not be going back to this establishment. I have purchased quite a few other parts from them and spent hundreds. But this attendants attitude and shortness with me makes me want to spend money elsewhere.
