Louis and his team did an incredible job with our yard. They were timely, professional, affordable, and thorough with our acre of land. I highly recommend this company for any lawn maintenance task!

Our yard always looks phenomenal because of this company. Highly recommend for any lawn maintenance or landscaping needs. Very professional and pays close to detail when it comes to making our yard look amazing. Had a spring cleaning and mulch install and it still looks amazing! Great job guys at keeping our yard look amazing every week you come out. I truly do appreciate your hard work in this heat.

Not dependable, does sloppy work. After hiring them to do a spring cleanup, I found their work to be very sloppy and expensive. Things like spreading gravel in the wrong places and too deep, cutting my landscaping wire (and not even having splicers to fix it, literally not knowing how to splice the wire once he bought a splice at HD) etc. However, I paid them anyway and thought they'd make a good weekly lawn service. Nope, by the second week they did not show up, had to be contacted to explain why, and even then couldn't say when they'd be able to mow the lawn. Literally every lawn on our street was mowed on the normal days. This was the only company claiming that an afternoon rain put them 3 days behind, and only after I called them. Word is that they do this often. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you want a reliable service, look elsewhere. - - - And of course, their reply is full of lies. None of that is what happened at all. But here’s what did happen: after letting them know I was dropping their service, their crew drove by and splashed the mud and debris from my gutter onto my sidewalk and driveway. I have video to prove it. These are vindictive, untrustworthy people. Don’t bother trying to do business with them.

*** Disclaimer*** This review was posted by a well known neighborhood internet bully that has been banned from many neighborhood social media sites. Many reputable companies in the area have had the same issues with this customer in the past. I, Louis Segura and everyone at Full Scale Landscaping take no complaint lightly and use them to grow and provide better service to our customers. This review was in regard to our maintenance team having to reschedule an appointment due to a rain delay. We were very apologetic and were trying to make up for the delay within the next day if weather permitted. We DO NOT RECOMMEND mowing you lawn in wet conditions. Our mission is to make your property beautiful and maintain its beauty. Mowing in wet conditions may leave ruts, mud tracks, or cause fungus to kill your lawn. We also DO NOT TOLERATE abusive language, confrontational situations, or name calling to any of our employees. We care about each customer and are extremely sad we have upset a customer this much. We do accept our part in any complaint but we will not accept a person lying about our company. I’m sorry you were unhappy with service, but your complaint is full of false information. When we were hired to do your spring clean up you were given a quote for the scope of work before we started any work on your property. You approved the estimate and told us to get started as soon as possible. As we performed the job, every single step of the way we communicated with you to make sure we did exactly as you desired. Every single shrub that was trimmed was double checked with you before we moved on to the next one. We did accidentally cut a landscape light wire as we were instructed by you to cut exposed roots in your plant beds. Once notified that it was cut, I personally went and purchased a splice kit and repaired it and confirmed that it was working with you. I do not carry every single piece of Home Depot with me at all times. Especially if we are not doing that type of work during your project. After the job was completed you were walked through the scope of work and said “it looks beautiful! Thank you so much”. Since we were hired to mow we have never missed a day. And have been told by you that the yard looks great. However, today your scheduled day for mowing was preceded with multiple days of rain. As you may have known (that’s why you texted at 2pm to see if I was still coming today even when the day was not over). Instead of replying back through text I felt a phone call would be better. Boy was I wrong. As I tried to explain that we were behind schedule due to muddy yards and was planning to notify all of my customers, you were rude, yelled, called me curse words, and demanded that I give you a exact time that I would be there. Not able to predict the weather I could not say exactly when I could be there but that we were working sun up to sundown through the weekend to make sure we get to everyone’s yard. While being disrespected by you I calmly asked to please stop and that there is no need for name calling. As the disrespect persisted I came to the conclusion that we could not continue to do your lawn. You then said “I messed with the wrong..(expletive)” and that “you would drag my name through the mud with bad reviews” because I wasn’t able to come on the day you wanted. That is the truth. ~~~~~~ It’s amusing how a person could feel the need to lie so much because of a rain delay. We cherish every customer we have and go out of our way to accommodate any needs they have. But we do not tolerate aggressive behavior from customers or name calling. So we feel it is best to not do business with those that act in that manner. Have a nice day
