  Extremely unreliable. Never showed up for the scheduled job...twice. No call, no show. I had to contact them. Still never came. The response below was made five months later. We've had to pay over $200 in fines (tall grass) because of them. I'm supposed to trust them now?

I apologise for any inconveniences we would like you to contact us again so that we can work out a great discount for you to make sure that you are happy . Thank you. The fine was not my responsibility there are other lawn service closer to where you are located . Lawn service get really busy we do are best to get to as many jobs as possible. That is why we have so many companies.. if we answered the phone all day we would not have time to cut the lawn. If you would like to contact us again.we would be more than happy to make sure you don't get a fine again. Thank you.
