Love this place.
This is my go to for all my plants, flowers, vegetables....
The staff are always helpful.
It is very apparent that  they love what they do.

Great variety of flower and plants. Prices are a little on the high side. Most of the staff need training in customer service and attitude change. While there checking out this last time, we asked the cost of some planting soil that had no price. The worker said " I dunno" and just stood there. My wife said I guess we will find out next time. Customer service, she could have checked her self, the soil was nearby, or at least call for assistance.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great variety of plants, prices a bit on the high side. I have very rarely had a bad experience with staff; I've been buying there for 10+ years and the staff is usually quite willing to help, and have helped me a lot. Will keep buying from Frey's.

Prices are on the high side. Out of all the staff only 2 were semi-friendly. I bought a large expensive plant here and later that night found it was INFESTED with aphids and mealy bugs. They quickly spread to my other plants. I called to see what can be done and all they said was they can spray it for me. (which I've been doing) No refund, just spray it. Really disappointed. My grandmother use to come here all the time but I don't think we will be back.

Lucas, I'm sorry to hear about your experience at the store.  We spoke to someone on the phone about this issue, and it sounds like there was a miscommunication.  We always attempt to make it easy for customers to have a satisfactory resolution to bug problems on plants that we have sold, because we know that we don't always catch everything in a greenhouse this large.
During the phone conversation, we attempted to relay that there were three options:
1. You could, as you mentioned, bring the plant in and we could treat it for you if it was salvageable and you were open to that plan.
2. You could receive a replacement plant if you felt the original was beyond help.
3. You could have a full refund.
Our apologies, as it seems this wasn't clear.  All three options are certainly still open for you.  Hope to see you again soon.

Good selection of all types of plants. Their is a wide variety of succulents compared to what else I've seen in this area.
