I have been using Fresh Lawn for 3 years now. I definitively recommend them for all your lawn care needs. Fresh Lawn always makes sure every request I make regarding my yard is met in a timely, efficient and professional manner. The crew goes above and beyond to make sure my yard looks amazing every time they come to the house. Any special request I make, is met. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They broke a piece of my siding while mowing and claimed they did not do it. It was obvious that they had mowed there (seen by the lawn mower wheel marks) and the servicemen were adamant that they did not cause the damage. That's funny since no one else has access to our backyard other than the lawn people and members of my family. They did not reimburse us for the damage and only gave us 2 free lawn services as reimbursement. What a joke since it will cost a few hundred dollars to fix the siding damage. There was also another issue with a serviceman and one of my dogs, which I won't go into much detail about, but that finally made me end my service. Please find another lawn service, this company does not provide good customer service.

Mrs. Johnson regarding the damaged siding on your home our crew stated that they noticed some damaged siding before they started the job. It is the nature of this business for lawn companies to receive false damage claims. We have also had legitimate claims that we either fixed, paid or made a claim with our insurance but we always have to do our due diligence. Since there was no way for us to tell who caused this damage for sure or how long it had been there we thought would it be satisfactory to refund the last mowing service as well as offer 2 free services as compensation. Per our company policy, as stated in your new client confirmation email, any claims or issues related to the service must be made within 24 hours of the occurrence. Your husband agreed to this and we were not aware of your dissatisfaction with the resolution until you posted this review.

Horrible service. Paid for services twice and lawn was still incomplete. Never again! Still had high grass. These are pictures after the 2nd time from the 1st time. Smh You cannot see my account because I canceled my services but the pictures are in your data base because a man that answered the phone confirmed these pictures with me. Theres nothing you can do but refund me my hard earned dollars.
