Our Craftsman Zero-Turn was sent here by Lowes due to warranty. NEVER again. I would rather pay out of pocket than to deal with this business. They had our mower almost a month (picked up on June 14th & brought back July 9th). After our mower was back home we discovered the issues we're not fixed and our mower was not serviced as requested. We were never called with an update as told when I called to check on our mower June 22nd. During the June 22nd call they still had not looked at our mower and said he would try to get to it the following week and call me with an update. On July 9th I called back to see about our mower (we had been gone on vacation) and was told he would check on the progress and get back to me. I told them I would call back at 10a.m. and if my mower wasn't fixed I would be on my way to get itm At 10 a.m. when I called back he still had not checked on it, wasn't sure which mower was mine, nor could answer any questions I asked concerning anything with my mower. All I got were excuses. After I stated I was going to report the business he then had answers. Magically my mower was fixed. I demanded my mower would be back on my property by end of day. And it was. However our mower was not fixed not serviced. Today, July 12th, I drove to their shop and waited 30 minutes for them to come up with a detailed invoice which they could not do (for legal purposes). They printed me a copy of the work order and offered to come pick my mower back up and actually fix and service it. After having a few words and politely as I could I said NO and I left. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else!! DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE!!!

We dropped off a weed eater to them & was informed it would take 1.5 weeks to repair. It was covered under warranty. My husband went back 2 weeks later to inquire about it since we hadn't heard from them. He went in & was told they didn't know where it was. While the guy went to the back to check for it my husband found it hanging up with the for sale items. My husband told the guy & he checked on it. It was ours. While they were checking a female in the store went to the back & brought out a huge dog to intimidate my husband. He took his weed eater & left. If it breaks down again we'll just buy another one as opposed to dealing with the mindset of those people who own or work there. DO NOT take your items there to be repaired at all. I am also reporting them to the manufacturer of the weed eater as well. No one should be treated this way.
