  We had Frank and his crew out to remove our deck and install a brick paver patio. They did a great job! We had somewhat of a difficult area to try and accommodate and they made it look AMAZING! His team was friendly, professional and very meticulous about it being done right! Now our puppy has a safe place to sit outside and enjoy being outside! Luna and we thank you!

  I’m sitting in the parking lot of my work, when a salt truck flies in. Whips around the corner, and shoots salt right at my car. I get that my car is in the middle, but no need to be going 40mph through a business parking lot with cars whipping around corners. Fairlane green Allen park, who ever has this route needs some training !! Unprofessional and reckless. Thanks though for making eye contact with me after my car gets hit by flying salt when your truck was only a foot away. This is not a racetrack.. it’s a business with people’s cars parked.

  Sept 2020. Do NOT trust Frank. He does not honor his warranties and is disrespectful to his customers. We had our front landscaping and back patio done Sept 2018. The hydrangeas in the front were different (one was smaller in size and was pink rather than white). Plants have 1 year warranty (listed on receipt) and he said right away he would replace it. He kept saying he was coming out to replace it, but never did. He also hit our sprinkler system during the patio install at least twice that needed repair. Our patio grout is falling apart. He blamed COVID-19, but posted jobs he was completing on facebook. We had not heard from him since July after multiple attempts on our side, and we could tell he could see our facebook messages but was ignoring us. He finally responded rudely after my husband politely and respectfully told him he had 2 weeks and then we would post a review about his service. Miraculously, he responded to that message and thought this was a threat. Seriously? Most people would have posted something right away! We waited over a year and tried to give him time to fix it. The behavior of Frank towards my husband was utterly appalling. He blamed us and the soil which he never mentioned before. I hope no one picks his company because he does not care for his customers and is truly a disappointment. @FrankNasal aka Frank's Landscaping and Supplies aka Frank's Landscaping. I tried to post the messages back and forth with dates and times showing the lack of response, but Google wouldn't post them.
