Contracted to build retaining walls and he went on vacation while job was in progress. Demanded money before completion and didn’t want to bring his equipment back to finish the job. Claimed our other contractor was supposed to finish the job for him. We now have joints opening in the wall and are afraid the wall will collapse. I have made efforts to contact hm with no response.
