  This company mowed for us once and the quality of work was fine. My problem is that I communicated that we would like to have the yard mowed every 3 weeks, and two weeks after the first mow (to the day) I received a text saying "we're on our way to mow." I said sorry, I don't have money for this today, I've budgeted for every three weeks. He says okay, we'll skip. I asked if it works with their schedule to come out the next week, and received no response. I have reached out twice since then and still received no communications from them. Frustrating and unprofessional.
