  Hired to mulch the flower beds prior to selling a house, we were given a start date and completion date that was before the house went on the market. Dave did not deliver, we had to fight with them to get them out before photos were taken and they only did one bed. Had to have the photographer come back out to take more photos weeks later when he finished. The whole process took over 2 months. He also blamed my property for his guys calling out sick due to poison ivy that he identified prior to starting. Wouldn't you then take the proper precautions to protect yourselves and employees from the hazard? Do not reccomend.
