I have been taking my snow blower to Four Seasons for a number of years. They perform an annual tune-up, quickly, and at a fair price. The supply chain crisis hit this year when I needed a new scraper blade and paddles but they kept me informed of the situation and ultimately got my machine fixed just in time for the heavy snow we got. Although my machine is not a brand they sell, they do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

They had the mower blade I needed and I got it pretty quickly very Happy

I wanted to find a local place to buy my lawn tractor as I cannot stand big box stores.  I tend to think that the more negative reviews were from people with unrealistic expectations because I have had a great experience.  I had trouble with my s100 because of a mistake I made and they took care of my issue and did not even charge me for transport or labor.  They were incredibly kind and helpful.

I would have been fine with this place if I had gotten the price that I was told. But when I picked up my part it was more than i was told just the day before. The part that I brought in had already had most of the labor done. What I'm saying is that, their work may be okay but price gouging is real at this place. so get it in writing or they'll get you too. I was looking for a place that I could bring my things to everytime, a place that I could trust, but this is not that place for me. The owners response afterwards
Is a lie, I know about sales tax. I was quoted 140 to 150 and it was pennies shy of 170

We're sorry you're not happy.  You were verbally quoted between $150-160 for the repair on the spindle, The total came to $161.64 for parts and labor, after tax it came to $169.57.  We can't do anything about the sales tax, it's the law.

Purchased two machines from this dealer as a homeowner over several years.  Combined spend, $20k.  Contacted the dealer today to ask about a part for one of the machines that I purchased.  I asked about the part and the person on the phone looked it up and sounded frustrated.  Said that he didn’t understand what it was that I was looking for.

I tried explaining it to him.  I again explained that it was for an X739 tractor that I had purchased from them a few years back. They know what I purchased because I bought it from them.  It should be in their system.

He typed a bit more on his computer and said that I should physically come in to explain what it was that I needed.  I live across town so I would prefer not to drive to the dealer for a simple question.

This went around and around and rather than simply offering that he would look into it and get back to me, he said he had people waiting in line at the store and that they were the priority.  Said he could send me a parts list for the item that I was looking for but could not really offer any assistance other than that as he still did not understand what I was asking.

Talked over me several times rather than listening.  Terrible experience.

Called another dealer afterward for the same part.  They looked into it.  Said that it was complex but they would do some research and get back to me with the price.  So easy.  I’ll stay away from this place going forward and take my money elsewhere.

We are terribly sorry for poor customer service and will do our best to avoid problems like this in the future.
