I would not take you mower here. My first experience a couple years ago was solid. Good customer service. Good service. Now… no updates, wrong information when forced to call. Wrong deadlines. Told me it was done, drove to pick up, it was not done. Somehow a brand new tire needed to be replaced (might be because of the shop and all of the things on the ground).
Found out the reason for the delay was they forgot to order the part. So had to wait longer for them to actually order the part.
Meanwhile charged me $80 more than the estimate because of the added labor. I asked what added labor. To look at other parts of the blade mechanics I didn’t ask them to look at…
I typically do not leave reviews let alone negative reviews.
I assure you, they used to have pretty great service. I would not bring my equipment here now. You will be on for stress and frustration

I am sorry you did not have a good experience.  We strive to have the best possible customer service, but there are times when we fall short.  I am not aware of what went wrong.  I would really like to talk to you to find out what happened and try to make things right for you.

First, the good: Everyone I interacted (Alexis at the desk, the service manager, whomever it was that brought my mower out) with was polite and professional. The mower appears, after a brief run, to have been repaired properly. Now, for the bad: Unacceptably long wait time. I brought my mower in the 3rd week in March, and was told '4 weeks'. Even if it had been 5 weeks, I still could have gotten going before the grass got too long. But it ended up being 8 1/2 weeks. I had to hire out the mowing twice. $$$ Now in fairness, with the chaos of coming out of the fake-demic, they might have been shorthanded. I also know the other shop in the area closed due to the owner retiring, so they had additional volume. That being the case, I will give them one more chance, rather than driving 20 miles to the next closest dealer. But you can be assured, given the choice, I will bring it in, in February.

I purchased a new Ferris Zero Turn Today. What a fantastic experience. Mike and Chris went way out of their way to make sure I was happy. Honestly I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Too often these days you run into people that don’t care if they have your business. Definitely not the case here. Not sure what else to say other than thank you so much!! What a great crew. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
