  Hired FNV to assist with a leak in my valve box. They came out the first time and told me there was something loose and they tightened it. Next day the box was full of water again. They came out a second time and told me there was nothing wrong. They charged me for more labor hours than were actually worked. Basically paid this company over $350 to dig a hole for me. Would not recommend this company for irrigation work.

  Ryan, I guess not giving you money back got you so mad to lie and give us a bad review! Man I thought we already discussed this on the phone, you paid $120 for service calls plus 3 hours of labor x $65 total of $315.00 not $350. You know most of the time it was digging without breaking any of the PVC lines because it’s full of roots from a tree that was there. You installed the valves yourself and left a loose fitting. After the repair was done you went out to inspected it, but it had rained recently so the soil was saturated and it wasn't going to dry out within those couple of days. With the new hole open, the water will look for the lowest point to puddle, and that was at the valves hole. A week later you said it was still leaking so I sent a different guy to dig again, he worked there for a couple of hours (NO CHARGE). He inspected it again and he showed it to you after. You were satisfied and even wanted to schedule more work for a few weeks later. Then a few weeks after that, you called demanding money back saying you’ve hired someone to come and fix it!!! Really? Because we overcharged you? I have told you many times that we stand behind our work and guarantee everything we do. If you had called again I would have sent someone again until everything was to your satisfaction, and if indeed the water did come from a different area and not where we fixed the previous leak, it would cost you more. I have all this explained in the messages. I'll see if I can upload them.

  FNV did a great job on completing my backyard. Patio extension, concrete boarder SOD and irrigation around the whole yard. They had some technical issues with emails but where responsive with text messages . Was completely upfront with the timeline to complete the project and daily updates on how the project was going. Gave some friendly ideas of addition work but did not push them. Quote was comparable to other companies and stayed on estimate .

  This company was amazing from start to finish. I had purchased a second home in AZ then learned the irrigation system was completely inoperable. I was referred to FNV Landscaping from a friend because they come so highly recommended in the area. Thank goodness for that. Not having met them in person they went to my home and analyzed, repaired, and mitigated the damages that were done without having irrigation for over a month. They worked for days going above and beyond and fitting me in from out of state without having met me. They sent pictures and texts along the way to let us know the progress. They were priced very well, they were honest and hard-working, I’ve dealt with many contractors in all my days and rarely has it gone this well. Prompt, communicative, excellent work, I will definitely use them for future issues for all types of landscaping plans. Thank you so much for a job well done!
