  My first encounter with Mike was mid October when I needed a cut. At 1st he responded very quickly and showed up on the date he said he was going to cut the grass. We discussed one final cut and a yard clean up at the middle of November when the leaves fell off the trees. Contacted Mike on November 15th Monday, he said he would be there by the end of the week on Friday. Friday came I contacted Mike and he stated that it was too windy he would be there Saturday. On Saturday it was getting near the end of the day Mike did not show,I texted him. He said that he ran out of daylight and that he would be there Sunday morning. On Sunday Mike didn't show and he texted me later in the evening saying that he did not feel well and he would be there Monday. On Monday Mike did not show again. I texted him I was not pleased. I did not hear from him until Tuesday night where he texted that he wasn't feeling well and he apologized and if I gave him another chance he would be there on Wednesday morning, I agreed. Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving came and Mike did not show once again so I texted him that this was poor business practice and I never heard from him. I feel this is very poor business practice and if you're going to be a one man operation you need to be able to plan and not overbook and promise people you are going to show up and then never come.

  Sorry you feel this way. Our whole household was sick for about 2 weeks and we tried to get to everybody we could.

  Mike, of Flip's Lawn Care Service, was very professional and ethical of his work. Since I haven't weeded my gardens for several years, my flower beds were a real mess. Mike removed all the overgrown weeds, recommended certain things for my lawn. I am very impressed with the pride Mike takes with his work and love for proper lawn care service. For sure I'll use Flip's Lawn Care Service again and again.

  We’ve gotten lawn cuts and leaf cleanups and we couldn’t be happier with their services. Always come when they say, priced good, and the quality of their work is second to none!
