  We had a great experience with FLI. We had sod cut, decorative rock put in around our home and lawn borders, and got 100 plants through them - strawberry, phlox, and pachysandra. They are hard to pin down, but once you get on the schedule, they are great. I think they might just suffer from too many jobs, and they seem very busy. Dani in the office was great to work with and juggled us in. The crew foreman Curtis was great to work with and was attentive to our satisfaction, checking in every day they were here to make sure the project was looking like we had envisioned.

  They never answer phone. Employee came through and plowed for a friend, made the huge mess.

  Horrible. Just horrible. Lazy workers. I can mow and trim my lawn in one hour by myself. But it takes them 3 guys. 1 standing around and the other two doing a quick mow through like they Have something better to do. So I have to go back and cut all they missed. I finally fired them. Do my own maintenance now. Don’t even call these people. 👎
