Great service, great people, reasonable prices. Rented a mower from them...went back a month or so later and bought a 54" Toro Titan myride mower. Couldn't be happier and glad to be able to support a local small business.

I rented a trencher to put in a water line on my property a month ago. There were two gentlemen (one on pickup and one on return) that assisted me with this rental. Both were friendly, informative, and VERY focused on customer service. Last week, my wife wanted to buy a tractor. We went to the tractor dealer down the street but immediately left when they told us we had to wear masks to be served. I knew Flanagan's didn't sell tractors, but after my awesome previous experience...I talked her into checking it out with me. A day later, we had our commercial grade Toro zero turn delivered. Mr. Flanagan personally assisted us with this unique purchase and delivered it himself. What took me 5 hours and a sore back on my old mower took me 1 comfy hour on this new machine. Y'all are batting 1000 with my wife and I!
