I get all my equipment from Flagler power equipment the service is professional I could not be more pleased, I think John and his team for keeping my equipment running. I highly recommend Flagler power equipment for all your landscaping needs

We had noticed this business while visiting another business close by. I popped in to look for a gas Echo blower that we were in the market for. The counterman was very friendly and helpful. I told him I would be back with my wife so that she could pick out one she felt comfortable with in the next few days. She loves to clean up the yard and walks. I looked up the reviews for this business and they were very positive. The next day we went back and the owner, John, waited on us. He was very friendly, outgoing, and very helpful as well. He pointed out different features of several models to my wife to help her find the one she liked. When she settled on one, he took it in the back, filled it up and came back and showed her how easy it was to start. I feel that the reviews I read online were very accurate. I look forward to a long relationship with this outfit. Great people so far!

Took my two Chainsaws (Ms 170 & MS 310) for a tune up. I had just installed new chains on both and stated this on check in. I picked up both today and on checking my invoices I noticed that both invoices stated : CS 01 Sharpen chain. I queried this and the employee inspected both and observed the new chains. I had both "dull/replaced" chains in my vehicle and asked as I was charged for a service that I did not receive would they sharpen the old chains. I was told,sure, but it would cost me the standard $8 per chain. So they wanted to double bill me for a service that I had already paid for but not received....Now that's what I call great customer service...NOT!!! Guess you just don't always get what you pay for !! Owner read my review and we spoke. Cleared up the issue and had both chains sharpened at no charge. I have used Flagler Power Equipment's services in the past and the repairs/servicing have always been great.

I would like to respond to your review. Our company would not stay in business for 26 years without good customer service. You asked for and received a tune and service to both saws. MS170 you had installed the chain backwards and stated locked up sprocket. We showed you that you still had the chain brake engaged. With that, you did not have to pay for further repairs. MS310 little more involved due to you letting it sit with old fuel in it. We would have sharpened both extra chains at no charge but you did not want to wait. We only mentioned the chains normally cost $8 for your future reference. Thank you for your business and hope to see you again. *Thank you for reaching out with your concerns.
