Delivered lawn mowers here. Road was tight getting back into main road. I parked at dollar general overnight to deliver here in the morning. Friendly staff.

Phenomenal customer service! These guys went above and beyond to take care of us. The turn around time for repairs was fast and they did it all at an extremely affordable price!

For this area, they have the best prices and maintenance for golf carts, lawnmowers, and other equipment. We do a lot of business there. They are fine folks.

Very disappointed in the service. Left my golf cart here over 5 weeks. Called multiple times for updates, never did they call me. I understand it can be difficult when people are out sick, but for no one to even look at it after that long is inexcusable. I finally picked it up unfixed. I thanked them for the help loading it back into my trailer, but received no "You're welcome" or "Have a nice day" or "Sorry for wasting your time and gas." They clearly have more business than they can handle, so don't bother wasting your time or gas coming here.

My son took a tiller of ours in for repair, he was told it would be ready in 2 or 3 days( by Wednesday) my son called Wednesday (3/27/19)to see if was ready and the man on the phone was rude, saying they only had it for 3 days, so I called back on Friday and again the man was very rude, he told me they hadn’t gotten to it yet, I asked when it would be ready and was told it would be the next Tuesday or Wednesday,  so I asked why we were told it would be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday, and he said...”I told you he hasn’t gotten to it yet”. So because he was so rude, I told him we’d just come pick it up, he said “to do that, he’d have it ready”.

We purchased a $3,000 plus lawnmower from them about 2 years ago and have had other lawn equipment repaired there, but not again. The person we dealt with was Mike,  could be related to the owners,  I don’t know, but I’m sure we aren’t the only customer this person is being rude to, he shouldn’t be dealing with the public I know that for a fact. Word of mouth does a lot for a business, good or bad. He should be mindful of that.

Today I purchased my first new zero turn mower from the crew at 5 points and I have to say that I'm completely impressed with these gentleman. First they stayed open late to accommodate my running late. Then the young man that got everything all set up and fueled my mower up gave me a tutorial on everything the mower did and how to service certain parts of the mower. Then as if that wasnt enough, our credit card had a limit that was lower than the price of the mower so my fiance and I had to run home to get a check book so we could write a check for the mower. This was a great experience and I will absolutely be returning for my service and for more equipment to keep my lawn looking beautiful. Thank you 5 points!

Bought a lawnmower there.  After the second cutting, the mower was going in to be fixed.  The employees weren't helpful. Service was bad!! NEVER buying another anything from there.    Go to true value!! Service is Awesome!!!!!

Great service and customer service was excellent they took care of all my needs and real fast I recommend them to everyone of their lawn and garden needs no matter what they are.
