Great company to work with! Last summer, we worked with Tyler to devise a "Life After Lawn" design. Turned out beautiful! So much so, we called them again this Oct. to take out more sod. (after OUTRAGEOUS water billing) Tammy promptly got things rolling and we have additional landscaping that adds to the enjoyment of our front yard. The team worked with updating our decades old sprinkler system so things should be better bill-wise. Very pleased with Fisher's service and customer care.

We had Jeff and his team put some boulders in our backyard landscaping. Great job. I would recommend them for your landscaping needs.

I am very displeased with the service and response I am currently getting from Fisher. I have had two major landscape jobs completed by Fisher. They did a good job on my first and my second had very nice landscaping, however, they put a valve box in clay soil, on the bottom of the slop in my yard and it constantly fills with water to the top of the valve box. I have to syphon the water out of the valve box 3-4 per week. I am getting alga next to the box because of the standing water. I have had to replace several plants, at my cost because of the standing water. On top of that, I had to have someone come out this week because a station was not working. Turns out the wire nut was full of mud and the connection was not working because of the constant water in the valve box. I complained about this issue in year 1, in year 2, in year 3 and now, in year 3.5. All I get as a response is, it is out of warranty. If they had fixed it in year one when I first complained, it would not have been out of warranty. Every time I called, emailed or had them come out, they would say it was normal, its ok that the valve box is submerged under water. I call this poor service and not wanting to make it right. Now they are telling me it will cost over $1000. to fix the mistake they made. I find this ludicrous and outrages.
