  Matt, and his First-String Lawn Service was outstanding. He did everything he promised on time and professionally. It is refreshing to work with someone whose word you can trust. My lawn is noticeably improved. I will definitely use First String (Matt) to meet my future lawn needs.

  Finally our front and back yard at Lake Anna is view-worthy thanks to Matt and his First-StringLLT crew! I asked Matt, “what would you do…” and I visualized and approved of all his suggestions so he worked his magic! Their work is of great quality, clean, thorough and very professional. The mulch is thick, the edging is sharp and best of all the drainage system they installed works perfectly! We give them a 5-Star recommendation and have already booked First-String LLT for future jobs. GRATEFUL!

  I cut and maintain my own yard, but sometimes I’m out of town or busy and need to hire a service. But whenever I would use commercial lawn services, I would be disappointed and found them to be below my standards. They would always rush to get finished and on to the next lawn. My next door neighbor began using First-String this summer and I noticed that they were not only consistent week to week but also very diligent with attention to detail, using push mowers instead of trimmers where needed and not taking any shortcuts. I was very impressed and decided to give them a try today. I walked my yard with the owner Matt and pointed out how I like it cut and then left it in his hands. When I got home I was so pleased to see that my yard was cut and trimmed even nicer than when I do it myself. First-String not only met my standards they exceeded them. They also noticed a 10ft tall weed that was growing through another group of plants and they cut it down and removed it for me. If you’re looking for a lawn service for your home or business I would highly recommend Matt and First-String. They won’t let you down.
