  I live in the Arbors Apartments and this company comes and cuts our grass on Tuesdays. They haven't cut it in about a month since its winter time and the grass hasn't really grown, but today they decided to cut the grass while we have Christmas decorations on the little grass that we do have. (A notice would have been nice) They broke my Christmas light fixture and never said anything about it, just threw it aside. You should see how fast these guys cut grass and run over everything, they dont have any professionalism , they just want to get it over with. When I finally move out of these apartments, I will not use them for lawn care services.

  Horrible experience. They had a guy working for them that tried to push their service on me. I went with a more affordable & better known company. A week later I wake up to First Choice Lawn Care employees mowing my grass, which had just been taken care of the day before by the company I chose. I told them to leave. I have no idea what they were trying to cut? My yard looked great. I received a bill. I spoke with a manager & had it taken care of. 8 months later I receive a letter stating they are turning me into the collection agency for not paying this bill. It's a nightmare to get ahold of them. Do not use this unprofessional & overpriced lawn care service.

  I hired first choice in August of 2017 when I first moved into it. I discussed with Mitch the things I would like done with it. It was a little over grown when I bought the home. He said he would be in touch and never heard from him again. Basically the lawn guys would mow and blow. But there were medium size twigs that had fallen from trees, and instead of pick them up and take them off. They would pick up and put by my fence. It was frustrating. I contacted the lady at office when spring was around the corner and said I would like my grass greener and she said they could spray it to help it. But it never got sprayed. I called and let her know it’s still not being sprayed. She said they will do it next time. Still didn’t do it. I ask her if I could meet with Mitch to discuss my over grown with weeds flower bed. She said he would be in touch. Never was. So I just decided I had to find new lawn service. I felt I wasn’t asking a lot. Just normal lawn stuff. I live in a neighborhood and everyone has green grass. Mine is kind of green, just the weeds tho. Not the grass it is a yellow green.
