Well, The ol' saying goes..."If you want something done right ya gotta do it yourself." NOT IN THIS CASE!. The yard(s) look fantastic and definitely they would not of been as impressive as they are when you left the property if I had taken on the chore myself.  The "spring clean-up" we agreed to was well worth it. New mulch, you tamed the out of controlled bushes, the edging, A-1 job.

I appreciate you working with me due to my work schedule. Being able too not have to alter sleep schedules to "be around" for you is a plus.  A quick e-mail reminder of when you'll be here allows me to plan accordingly. The invoicing and billing/payment options are perfect for a Sunday morning bill paying session.

Looking forward to a maintenance schedule and a great customer/vendor relationship. I have no hesitations to suggest your service(s) to neighbors and to anyone who asks. Being on a corner lot makes it quite the advertising piece.
