Scheduled a free consultation for my lawn. They scheduled it between 4-4:30 PM. I texted @4:35 PM stating I was waiting. They texted back saying he is delayed and can be there in an hour or reschedule. I texted back OK. Then at 6:10, I texted again asking are you coming? To which I received an automatic reply stating they are out of the office. They reached out the next day and stated they were sorry for the miscommunication and offered to come out on another day. I responded that I no longer wanted to schedule an appointment with them. If you are unreliable for the initial consultation, I can only imagine what happens when you pay for the service. Don't waste your TIME with this company.

Hello Tracy, I am sorry for your experience yesterday. I had some issues out of my control and was going to be late to the appointment. We had texted you to confirm a reschedule for 1 hour later or a different day and we never got a response confirming the new appointment time. I am sorry for your experience. Branden Owner
