  I would leave a lower review if I could. I HAD two dogs in September and now I only have one, which I’m assuming was due to landscapers spraying our yard, UNNANOUNCED, and now warning us to not let our dogs outside into our fenced in yard for a few hours. Currently, my family only has one dog and we’ve kindly asked workers to shut the gate to our yard after they come (as our dog is naturally prone to wander off) and STILL, they show up WITHOUT simply knocking on the door like we’ve requested AND leave without closing a simple latch in a gate. I came outside to find that my dog had walked down the street after the gate being left open again. I’m not asking for much, but simple customer service would be greatly appreciated, since we are paying customers and have been for years now.
