  Jenny, my lawn and shrub care specialist visited today 12/13/21. Jenny took time to listen to my concerns and explain the possible issues I am experiencing on the property. She is knowledgeable and caring. Jenny takes pride in her job and provides exceptional customer service. As an example, today I showed her that one of my Queen Palms was bleeding from the trunk. She explained this is the first time she had seen this. To try to identify the issue she went to her truck to retrieve a palm tree booklet she had purchased, on her own, to gain further knowledge about palms in particular. The issue was not clearly identifiable from the booklet. After Jenny completed the service and left, I later received an email direct from Jenny with a picture description of the disease my palm is experiencing. Jenny has gone above and beyond and is to be commended for her extra time and efforts she puts into a job she clearly loves!

  We have used Falcon Lawn and Pest for several years for all their services. They are dependable and responsive. Our lawn looks great. Their employee, Bradley was at our home today for a pest inspection. He was courteous, thorough and very helpful. We highly recommend Falcon.
